E-invoices & E-receipts exchange with ETA
This model helps to exchange information about the electronic invoices (e-invoices) and the electronic receipts (e-receipts) between application Pulsar for inventory control at your point of sale (store) and ETA.
Possibilities
By setting up the integration, you will be able to:
- Easily follow ETA instructions by submitting the the electronic invoices (e-invoices) and the electronic receipts (e-receipts).
- Send the electronic invoices (e-invoices) and the electronic receipts (e-receipts) to ETA from any device using Pulsar (computer, tablet) through the web interface or using the cashier software CashReg.
- Will automatically fill in information about products when using barcodes from the GS1 and EGS catalogs.
- Create your own EGS barcodes and send them to register at ETA from Pulsar.
- Easily view your suppliers invoices and record the purchases at your point of sale (store) with just a few clicks.
Connection steps
To set up the exchange of the information with ETA, you need the following:
- Fill in the information about your organization.
- Prepare to send the electronic invoices (e-invoices)
- Set up electronic receipts (e-receipts) submission (this is only required for people who are required to submit electronic receipts to ETA; others can skip this step).
Sending electronic invoices (e-invoices) & electronic receipts (e-receipts) to ETA
Pulsar ERP system allows you to send sales data executed within the system:
- Вetween you and other financiers (companies) to Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) in the form of electronic invoices (e-invoices).
- Вetween you and end consumers (individuals), it enables you to send them to the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) in the form of electronic receipts (e-receipts).
To send electronic invoices (e-invoices) and electronic receipts (e-receipts) to the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA), register sales through the web interface or using the cashier software CashReg to work on the computer.
